What have we learned over the past three years? First, quality counts. When you build something to last, it shows. And, in today’s housing market, it has to show.

Experience counts. For a time, there was a builder on every corner (and half a dozen in between). Today, the landscape has changed. There are still builders out there, but most of them have been in this Southwest Florida community for many years. Their reputations have contributed to their survival. Management counts. Reputation alone won’t keep anyone in business. Knowing how to manage your assets – personnel as well as financial – is another key to longterm success. Customer Service counts.
