Choose Your New Home
For years, people relocating to Florida wanted a traditional Florida home - one floor, split plan, open design focused on the pool area. While the desire for indoor-outdoor living has not changed, the idea of a single story home as the best living solution for all has changed. Today, increasing numbers of homebuyers want a second floor, adding usable living space to their homes. At Paul Homes, providing that space is no problem. "All of our floor plans can support a second floor with very minimal changes," says Gary Paul. "We've designed and engineered these homes so that adding a second floor does not require major engineering changes to the home."
While Paul Homes does not have a two-story model, we do have several homes that have either been built recently, or are currently under construction, which feature a second floor," Gary adds. "These homes showcase what we can do. Many of our current buyers have driven past a two-story Paul Home that was under construction. Then they come into the model saying, we did not know that you build two-story homes."
